the problem is if a locality runs a deficit in this kind of tax credit it’s ‘counted’ by the eu towards the overall 3% limit.

Some time ago, I wrote to different Catalonian people, people in the Catalonian Parliament, politicians, sending Michell’s work. No answer at all.
When you were in Spain I told them that you could help them, sending them lot of information about your works, mainly about your works in Italy and the presentation you did in Spain. No answer at all.
It seems that these people love Euroland, and the euro…
Only the CUP party is in favor of leaving the euro. I sent them information about you and your work, Italy etc. No answer up to now…
In any case, I will keep sending them much more information…
It is a little bit frustrating.
